Bug Description
When there are no bugs in a project, the message stating this is laid out wrong. See the screenshot.
I'm using chromium-browser on Kubuntu Lucid.

I fixed this indirectly when I wrapped the search form in block elements to control the margins.

This is only in Chrome, and was fixed once before. *sigh* It's because of floating.
