Tag changes in emails a little awkward

Bug Description
When bugs send out emails about tag changes, they put tags added first and tags removed second. A little like this:
Tags added: qa-needstesting
Tags removed: qa-untestable
This isn't so bad, but for some reason I expect them to be in the other order. It takes a moment to figure out what's going on every time I receive the email.
There are probably other ways to present the tag change information other than inverting the ordering.
