Bug Description

1. Report a bug.
2. Wait until you receive an e-mail notification about the bug report changing.
3. Look at the message footer.

What you see: "You received this bug notification because you are a direct subscriber
of the bug."

What you should see: "You reported this bug."

If you report a bug and it gets marked Incomplete a few days or weeks later, it's usually no problem remembering that you are the reporter, and therefore responsible for getting it out of the Incomplete state. But if -- as often happens -- it gets marked Incomplete a few months or years later, usually you need to visit the bug report to see whether it's one you reported. You could have set up a mail filter to highlight messages with the appropriate X-Launchpad-Bug-Reporter: header, but you shouldn't have had to, and you probably didn't know that header existed anyway. This is the sequel to bug 130902.
