Bug Description

When translating a project within launchpad, changing between Translator mode and Reviewer mode is very confuscating.
Even after some thinking and clicking on the text and changes between the modes, I still don't know in which mode I am.
Am I in Translator mode and get into Reviewer mode whcn clicking on "Reviewer mode"?
Or am I in Reviewer mode (because the item says that) and with a click on "Reviewer Mode" I change it into the other one, Translator mode?

It was the same problem with "Does this bug affect you?" in the bug tracker. That was solved superb, and could be done hee as well:

-> possible soluton:
when clicking on "Translator mode", open a small window (like "Does this bug affect you?" showing 2 lines:

Translator mode
Revierer Mode

and then it is clear that on what you click is what you want.
Thanks

This basically just changes the default for "this translation needs to be reviewed" check-box for reviewers. If it's that confusing, I'd lean more on removing it than trying to figure out the solution in the already cramped UI.
