buttons for mailing list moderation too far away from the mails to moderate

the mailinglist-moderate pages show the information about the mail to moderate on the left, in a smallish font, followed by wide white space, and then the four moderation buttons attached to the right.

when moderating, you have to always focus to the left, to the right, and so on. To reduce this focusing, maybe just move the moderation buttons to the left of the message.

just having to moderate > 3000 messages, so maybe I'm a bit picky
