Bug Description
While all servers are meant to be equivalent, they may not be: indices are not byte-copies of each other, rather they are the result of applying the same commands on different machines; so they can be slightly different, or (due to mvcc and long read transactions) fat on one server and not on another (AIUI), or other things can creep in.
We should include the database server details in OOPS reports.
(Right now this would save perhaps 2-3 hours of sysadmin time analysing a fault in the system, so I think this is a high return bug).
