Build Version/Date: 20100908
Environment used for testing: launchpad.net
Summary: PPA package additions/deletions do not trigger notifications
Steps to Reproduce: Add or remove packages from a PPA and wait for a notification
Expected result: subscribers are notified of PPA changes
Actual result: package additions/deletions do not trigger notifications

* Where are you expecting a notification, in Launchpad, email, or something else?
* How do you define a subscriber? Are you talking about private PPAs?
