Bug Description
I'm having trouble linking upstream to skype jira bug tracker. I tried doing this in Bug #470497 but ended up giving up and placing it as a comment. Any time I try to add it to the skype project I get the error "There is 1 error in the data you entered. Please fix it and try again." but no further details.

There actually is an error that appears below the URL: "Launchpad does not recognize the bug tracker at this URL." It is hard to see though. This error is because we don't currently support watches against jira-based trackers. I'll dupe this against bug 385079. Also, see bug 157488.
