Bug Description
BugTaskView generates a subscriber vocabulary and widget for both:
- +subscribe (needs this)
- +index (does not)
Its not a huge chunk of time for most pages now, but it would be worth not repeating the effort - either folding the subscription stuff back inline (if its cheap enough), or not generating it for +index.
