missing source on ppa +packages page

I attempted to grab source from a PPA by running dget on
https://launchpad.net/~ev/+archive/ppa/+files/sphinxsearch_0.9.9-6ubuntu1%7Eev1.dsc
only to discover that
https://launchpad.net/~ev/+archive/ppa/+files/sphinxsearch_0.9.9.orig.tar.gz
yields a 404. The source and binaries are present on ppa.launchpad.net at
http://ppa.launchpad.net/ev/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/s/sphinxsearch/ so — well, I don't know what that might imply.

I got the .dsc link from
https://launchpad.net/~ev/+archive/ppa/+packages
specifically the fragment
https://launchpad.net/~ev/+archive/ppa/+sourcepub/1253539/+listing-archive-extra

I tried dget on a few other .dsc links from PPAs and they worked, so this doesn't seems to be a general problem.
