Bug Description

ProductSet:+project-cloud has some trouble according to https://devpad.canonical.com/~stub/ppr/lpnet/latest-daily-timeout-candidates.html - in about 10% of cases its taking 20 seconds or more, which will be timing out; we didn't have a bug for it that I could find, so I'm filing this one. Folk looking into this probably want to grab an oops from the oops report / manually request one.
