Bug Description

Question:+huge-vocabulary is showing up on https://devpad.canonical.com/~stub/ppr/lpnet/latest-daily-timeout-candidates.html as taking a very long time 10% of the time. At only 7 hits a day, and with most hits < 1 second, its likely not going to show on our top-oops reports, but it is still timing out consistently. I suspect /ubuntu or something similar like that scaling badly.

I put a query to figure out the sourcepackagenames for components in bugsearch in ~300ms, I encourage looking at that change in devel when working on this.
