BugTask:+create-question is showing up on https://devpad.canonical.com/~stub/ppr/lpnet/latest-daily-timeout-candidates.html as taking a very long time 50% of the time. When we next lower the timeout it will probably become a high oopser :(. OTOH its not used much - 4 hits yesterday.
