PPA deps can be edited by anyone in team

Bug Description

When in a team, everyone is allowed to change build deps of a PPA, but theres no button for this on the ppa page
http://imagebin.ca/view/QIPPA90j.html << No button for editing deps
Also on clicking on package details, i only get the copy button but no delete packages button
http://imagebin.ca/view/kxrI_mOx.html << No Delete button

I can't re-create this. Can you post which PPA URL you're trying to access please.

Also the screenshot is not helpful without the URL showing as it could be any PPA.

Thank you, I've re-created the issue.

Ok the bug here is that the "Edit PPA Dependencies" link doesn't appear when it should. It's intentional that anyone in the team can edit them.
