Users should be able to choose who actually answered their support requests

Bug Description

It seems the first user who posted a comment is the one who answered a support request when its reporter decides to close it.
Reporters should be given the option to choose who actually answered a ticket.

This is a feature currently in development it should be available in a few weeks.

This feature is now available for testing on https://staging.launchpad.net/

Staging is a test server that works on a copy of the production data. The data is reset everyday. So don't enter any important data there. (It also doesn't send out any emails.)
