Bug Description
affects launchpad-code
Code imports will send out emails if they are being marked as failing.
It would be nice if the log from the last import run (or a link to that
last run) was included for easier analysis.

A link to the last run would be nice, and easy. Including the traceback would be harder because it's in the librarian not in the database. There is a log tail in the CodeImportJob table, but that doesn't necessarily get updated when the job finishes (this is bug 406125).
