New translation files in bazaar branch not picked up

Bug Description
I regularly download translations from launchpad and add them to the bazaar branch. Launchpad in turn imports translation files from this branch. This seems to work for files that were already there when first indexed, however when adding newly translated languages they are not indexed.
Please have a look at the translations for project "zim". For both Catalan and Slovak translations status is all "Newly translated in launchpad". However both languages were added to the bazaar branch in recent revisions. So status should be "Translation unchanged since last synchronized". I would expect that indexer to recognize the .po files as exported by launchpad itself, but apparently it doesn't work in this case.
Interestingly also Hebrew was added recently and for that language the translation was picked up.

This (usually) happens automatically, but the approver is having some issues the last few days. We are working on fixing this asap (it's bug #613821).
