Bug Description
Email notifications can contain a message that the bug *is* a dupe of a bug and *also* that the dupe has changed. This can be even more confusing if the notification batching sends the first notice after the second dupe marker change.
See the screenshot attached for bug 586960 which makes this easier to understand.
