Bug Description
I'd like to be able to mark a merge proposal as superseded by another one and a merge proposal as a re-submit of another one.
For example:
* merge proposal https:/
* merge proposal https:/
In that use case the re-submit proposal button was not used to create 31218 from 30673. I'd like to mark 30673 as being superseded by 31218. I'd like to be able make 31218 as a re-submit of 30673 after the facts.
