Display something for a "\r" in a msgid

Bug Description
"\r" occurs in several msgids in upstart.
Rosetta currently sends these to the Web browser as carriage return characters.
Web browsers don't display carriage returns.
Rosetta should send a different string that will be displayed by the browser, maybe "\r", "[cr]" or "[ret]".
