Bug Description
When I went to report another instance of Bug #553795, I was asked if it was my bug (which is fine). But then, it asked me if I wanted to mark as affects me or subscribe. This shouldn't happen since I reported bug 553795.

I'm almost completely ok with Micah, but someone can report a bug for someone else. I think that Launchpad could propose you to be affected by the bug when you file it : just something to tick, no more.
