Bug Description

The "Also notified" portlet on a bug for an Ubuntu package is unuseable due too many Ubuntu bug subscribers.
I don't know what the idea behind the "Also notified" portlet is, but I'd like to use it on an Ubuntu bug to see if someone is subscribed to bugs for a certain package without having to check it on the package overview page.

Picking a random Ubuntu bug: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mountall/+bug/610869
The "Also notified" portlet lists 64(!) persons/teams (and from those are 21 deactivated).
I've to visit https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mountall to see that there are two persons subscribed to the bugs for that package.

From a look at those subscribed to all Ubuntu bugs, I see at a first glance only two accounts which IMHO should be really subscribed to all Ubuntu bugs: "Ubuntu bugs" and "Debian PTS" (assuming it's a sort of gateway).

Hi,

Thanks for the bug report. There's a fix in the works already at bug 556489, so I'll mark this bug a dupe of that one.

Cheers,
