Bug Description
affects launchpad-registry
It would be great if one of the options in the "Upstream connections"
section on a source package was "Create an upstream project".
This should take you to the "register new project" page and ideally have
all of the information already filled out for you based on the Debian
metadata:
* source package name => title
* Debian description first line => summary
* Debian description => description
* Debian homepage field => homepage
And, more complex but not impossible for the majority of cases:
* license determined from debian/copyright
* download location pattern from debian/watch
