Bug Description
When I attempt to submit a bug report to Inkscape I get the message:
Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad.
We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Trying again in a couple of minutes might work.

Hi, Alvin.
We're currently trying to drive down timeouts on Launchpad, so we're lowering our timeout threshold gradually to discover areas we need to fix. This is painful now, but we're actively working on these, particularly the file bug experience. So this should get better soon. I'll dupe this bug against the bug where we're tracking the filebug timeout issues.
