Branch loses series if series is obsolete

When a series is set for a branch - there will be a bold "Series: xxx" under the branch location (lp:xxx). When the series is Obsolete this Series line goes away. Just because a series is obsolete doesn't make it any less related to the branch. The series of code is obsolete and no longer supported, but the code is still relevant.

The link is not gone, we just don't highlight the series as it is now
obsolete.

So perhaps we could show the series but not promote the branch to the top of the page? I think Michael has a point that a branch for an obsolete series is still more blessed than another non-series branch of the same vintage.
