bug watches for archived debian bug reports appear not to exist

In bug 574730 the debian bug watch has an exclamation point and says "that it appears not to exist", however it is just an archived debian bug report.

Deryck, this problem is looking more serious. A user also reported it with bug 161126. Can you take a look at this, re-triage it, and maybe make some suggestions?

Sorry it took me so long to reply. I missed this due to overly aggressive bug mail filters, given my squad is on a feature currently.

You're right that this seems to be happening more regularly now. I'll retriage and ask Graham to comment.

Actually now archived Debian bug watches are being shown as Fix Released which is much worse. See bug 283106 for an example.

Yes, that one is closed but if you look at bug 283106 you'll see that the Debian it is watching is archived yet the watch shows it as Fix Released.

The Debian bug I referenced is *is* the one that bug #283106 is watching. It is archived, but it is also marked done. Not fixed, but done.
