Bug Description
When doing code reviews it would be nice to be able to add attachements as part of the discussion on the code review. This could be used for things like build logs, or screenshots of what happen with the change. For instance, if you had a static code analysis tool that automatically ran on merge requests you might want the log to be an attachement rather than a comment inline.
