Bug Description
Soyuz should automatically kill in-progress builds if a new version of the package is uploaded instead of letting the build finish. Today three versions of qt4-x11 from the same P3A were being built on ARM, two of the versions obviously superseded. qt4-x11 takes 18 hours to build on ARM. 1/4th of the ARM buildd pool being wasted for almost an entire day doing builds that would be thrown away once completed makes people sad :(
