milestone should be displayed on bug page

Bug Description

For instance, https://launchpad.net/products/rosetta/+bug/3053 is assigned to milestone 1.1. Malone tells me this in the bug index, and on the +editstatus page, but not on the bug's page itself.

Space is scarce in the task table. We might need to rethink that layout, if we're to find room for the milestone on the bug page.

Would be nice to have a "one task is targetted for ..." with the bug details on the left pane

The target needs to be somewhere on the page, maybe in "bug details"? Otherwise, there is very little point in having the milestone feature.
