Allow filtering of +bugs-text for packages/products

Bug Description
At the moment, products and packages have +bugs-text, in addition to +bugs. +bugs can be filtered, but +bugs-text cannot. It would be useful for +bugs-text to also be filterable, because you often don't want a list of every bug ever reported. I encountered this issue when trying to get multidistrotools to just give me open bugs, and have instead had to get +bugs-text, get all the seperate bug pages, and then work out if they're open. It would make things like this a lot easier (and it shouldn't be too hard to implement) if +bugs-text was filterable.
