Change bug status to "committed" automatically if branch is merged

Bug Description
It would be useful if a bug automatically changed its status from "In Progress" to "Fix Committed" whenever a branch attached to it changed status to "Merged".
Considering the workflow we have now, with merge proposals, all the discussion happens in the merge proposal, and not in the bug. It's quite easy, and it has happened a lot, for the developer to forget to get back to the ticket and change the status to "Fix Committed" once he gets approval to merge his branch and does the merge.
