Bug Description
As it seems that the simple "Reviewer Mode" may be confusing to users that cannot tell whether it displays the current mode or offers to switch to that mode. I maintain that leaving it as it is now is consistent with other uses of the edit icon (i.e. display the current value and click the edit icon to change it) but I understand that it might not be obvious all.
It would be great if we could try out or check with UI people if we should extend the label to "you are working in ..." to make it clear. The fix is simple but deciding if it really is The Right Thing is the task here.

Or maybe with the new design we can find another/better way for translator/review mode.
Maybe we can also rethink the whole concept of a person being both a review and a translators. Not sure how, just commenting :)
