Bug Description
Recently , I had to search for bugs in papercuts which were *not* milestoned but triaged.
It would be easier to check the bugs which we have missed setting a milestone.
Using the advanced search we can exclude tags from the searches [but this is not exposed https:/
Similarly if we had a way to -milestone# , it would be useful , currently there is no way for us to exclude milestones.
