"from duplicates" portion of subscribers portlet should show which duplicate

Bug Description
Looking at bug 589163 we can see that Barry Warsaw is a subscriber from a duplicate bug report but not easily which of the duplicates he is a subscriber. I think we could resolve this by having the mouse over say "Subscribed themselves to bug 589227" instead of just "Subscribed themselves".

Removing trivial tag... I think that was too optimistic a tagging. But I don't think this is hard to do. Just not trivial, given you have to update the JS code and Windmill tests, too.
