Bug Description
Sometimes a branch moves, e.g. because the owner changes from a person to a team. It would be nice if Launchpad provided redirects that bzr can follow so that users with branches and checkouts of the old location will continue to have "bzr pull" and "bzr update" work.
This is exacerbated by bug 569361, which means that a branch or checkout made using a URL like "lp:foo" may break, even though "lp:foo" still resolves.
