copy-and-rebuild of packages keeps original package diff (which can be wrong)

Bug Description

When using "copy packages" and "Rebuild the copied sources" the old diff is taken to the destination PPA. But at least when using "Rebuild the copied sources" the diff should be rebuild against the superseded package from the destination PPA or in case there is none against the matching Ubuntu package.

It makes no sense to have a diff against a package that isn't in the same PPA.
