source package recipe builds should remember last-used archive

Bug Description

The target archive of a sourcepackagerecipe rarely varies, and it can be a pain to choose. Therefore, when available, the previous build should be used to determine the initially-selected archive.

Hi. I've just built a recipe for the wrong archive, although previously (~5 minutes ago) I selected the right PPA, so it seems to me this bug hasn't been fixed. Am I right or have I just to take an another cup of coffee?

Once your 5-minutes-ago recipe has been built, that PPA will become the default.
