Some branches contain quotes around a value in GETTEXT_PACKAGE, such as lp:zeitgeist. Pottery fails with an ugly error message along the lines of:
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '././po/"zeitgeist".pot'
If configure.ac defines GETTEXT_PACKAGE as
GETTEXT_PACKAGE="zeitgeist"
we should not fail, but instead strip the quotes. Single-quotes might need to be stripped as well. |
