Bug Description
When a review says "needs fixing", and then the submitter addresses the comments, this status is not clear in listings like +activereviews. This could be addressed by adding an icon or text when when there have been new revisions since the last review. Or by adding a summary field that can be displayed in the activereviews page. Or by showing the beginning of the last comment. Or...

We could also address this by changing the activereviews display to be a historical display, including new commits.
