Bug Description
Most of the time, when I'm uploading branding images for my project, the 14 and 64 images are just resized versions of the 192 image. It's a pain to do this by hand when Launchpad should just allow you to upload one large image (or an SVG), and then give you the option of using that image scaled down for the smaller images.

Why does Launchpad require the user to resize an uploaded mugshot
image instead of Launchpad resizing the image itself?
Steps to reproduce:
Visit your profile, follow the link Change your personal details, and
under Mugshot, upload an image of size 384x384 pixels in size.
Expected result:
The image is scaled by Launchpad to exactly 192x192 pixels in size.
Actual result:
The image is rejected outright with the following error message:
[Do Not Enter icon] There is 1 error.
Lower on the page:
[Do Not Enter icon] This image is not exactly 192x192 pixels in size.
