Bug Description
When reporting a new bug, the "Assign to" field's "Find" link should open in a new window/tab. By opening in the same one as currently, it obliterates the bug report since there's no way to return. (Using the browser's Back button only shows the "Report a new bug" page as though nothing was entered.)
This is very infuriating when you've spend a few minutes writing a nice bug report and must do it all over again.
Workaround: Assign the bug after you submit it.
