[blueprints] whiteboard editing is not blocked if someone is already editing it

Bug Description
This leads to lost information when two or more people are editing the same whiteboard at the same time – only the contents of the last save are saved.
This just happened to me: Fortunately, I could restore the information from notification mails.
An easy solution would be to handle it like wikis: Block the field for editing until it is saved.
