Message column on branch summary list should honour newlines in log messages

It's very common to write log messages as a list of <dash>-bulleted change entries. Collapsing newlines makes messages formatted in this way somewhat difficult to read. It'd be nice to apply the same logic to the Message column as has been done to bug comments. Make them wrappable (based on browser width) and displayed in a fixed-width font.

Sounds like a good idea. If we do this, we probably also want to do one of the following:
 1. switch to the two column template so there is more room for the change log
 2. don't put the changelog messages in cells next to the revno, date and author

I meant to comment about switching to a 2-column layout. The idea of switching to comment style boxes is better than what I'd originally imagined.

I like the idea of making the revision listing look more like bug comments. But I am concerned that it would put the (pretty important) "Nearby" link to far down past the bottom of the page.
