Profile bug page is unclear about what it shows

The bugs section of the profile page (https://bugs.launchpad.net/~stephen-brandwood) shows a subset of the bugs, depending on their status. This is fine in itself as only open bugs are shown and these are likely the interesting ones.

This presents the following issues:
1) The is nothing on the page that tells the user which criteria are being used to decide what bugs are being shown.
2) It is difficult to get to a page that shows all bugs.

I suggest the following text (or something similar) is placed above the table:
Open bugs: (Show all)

And after a search is performed:
Search results: (Edit search)

I think the minor tweak and those two links will make the page much easier to navigate and much more useful.

This will be fixed when bug 28697 and some related bugs linked in the description there are fixed. I'll leave it as its own bug, rather than a dupe, to make sure this particular bug is fixed when those are fixed.
