Bug Description
The right column list of Also notified people for a specific bug report, includes (grayed out) people with disactivated account.
I really do not know why you include it since the most I saw is a useless pointer to a void page stating the user does not use Launchpad, BUT would not be possible and user-friendly to make a toggle option in there or in LP user account options:
So that if user wants to see only real users which are notified for a bug report, he is not bothered by a list with inexistent users.
