Unable to convert a bug to a question

Bug Description

I have been trying to convert a bug report I made into a question as that is more appropriate, however https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sshfs-fuse/+bug/571140/+create-question keeps giving me timeout errors and Error ID: OOPS-1580EA2310.

I've had this error all day, on both edge and normal launchpad... so I assume its a bug rather than a one-off any ideas?

It's a database timeout, presumably being caused by a bug that the query is too slow. What I would recommend as a workaround is that you manually create a question (or ask the reporter to create a question), or just answer it in the bug.

This will be fixed by the BugJob index added to fix bug 539382. So I'm marking it a dupe of that, even though it's not directly related to the same issue as that bug.
