Bug Description

When your list of FAQs gets extremely long, it becomes very difficult to use. Launchpad Answers and FAQs should offer better tools for organizing the information. They support creating categories, ordering items, and possibly tags.

Categories would be good to group FAQs into areas such as installation, support, known issues, community and troubleshooting. Tags would be good to mark which FAQ items pertain to which Ubuntu versions or other platform the item pertains to. Having control over ordering FAQ items would be good for the readability of an FAQ and would make it more useful. Here, I'm just talking about move up/down in the list.
