When you use the bug interface the click actions for icons and text labels is different for each. See attached screenshot.

Thanks for the detailed screenshot. For some of these, we are inconsistent in our own patterns. For example, the icon on the "Target to milestone" link should trigger the pop up. For some of them, we have an idea of how to fix the problem. The status and importance links trigger the pop up, but they are colored according to status or importance, not with a green link.
I'm sure there are individual bugs for some of these, and we should collect them here. For now, let's consider this a master bug to track such inconsistencies and consider it fixed when all related bugs are fixed. I don't have time to hunt for bugs now, but can add them into the description later.
