Bug Description
Please add a way to save default tags criteria for bug listings / search.
[Discussion]
Tags can be very helpful for organizing large collections of bugs. As a developer I find them helpful to filter down from a huge list of bugs to a more managable subset by constructing a suitable search string that exclude bugs with certain tags I do not care about.
For example, with Ubuntu development work, I do not care about PowerPC specific bugs since Canonical does not support that architecture. I also do not care about bugs that have not yet been confirmed to affect the current development release ('lucid' currently). So I use "ubuntu -ppc" all the time when browsing bug lists, but it's cumbersome to always have to type this into a search page.
As another example, the Inkscape project uses tags for platform affected, such as 'win32'. Linux-focused Inkscape developers would like to exclude win32 specific bugs. Similarly, win32 Inkscape developers would like to see *only* those issues.
So the idea is to have a way for individuals (or teams?) to specify a string of tags to use by default in all bug listings, which can be set and updated via their profile page.
