"Unknown" checkbox for component on advanced bug form

Bug Description
Checking any of the component checkboxes excludes bugs which aren't associated with a package, but in triage situations it is useful to have these included in the report. I'd like to have an "unknown" or "none" checkbox which would cause these bugs to be included as well.
An example query would be "all unconfirmed bugs in main and all bugs whose component is not known yet [because they might be for main]"
